Christina did a good job. She come on time to what we have agreed. She reviewed the documents we presented to her and explained detailed by detailed the lists that my father initialed. Like I have said to her before we part ways, I truly recommend her to my friends and relatives that will need services. Good luck!

Christina contacted me as agreed and arrived at my home on time. She is professional, conscientious, and thorough. Her prices are extremely reasonable for having to travel and I would use her again, when needed.
Notarization

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

My background is in real estate and I graduated from VVC with an degree in Business Real Estate. Over time in the Real Estate business, I found that there has always been a need for notaries and I felt that not only was it something that I could be great at, it's also something that I felt I would really enjoy doing. It's not just my job, its what I do and a huge part of who I am. I am a Certified Loan Signing agent and have taken the courses that has made me feel very confident when reviewing and notarizing your documents. Over time, business has grown and I have also moved into serving documents to inmates in prisons and taking documents to be recorded at the county recorders office.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

The most common type of notaries that I perform are loan signing packages for escrow companies. These range from New Loan packages to refinances to short sale packages. The second most common request tends to be for notary and document serving services for inmates in our local detention facilities. I also do a lot of "simple" notaries that include Grant Deeds, Power of Attorneys, consent forms and birth certificate requests. If you have a different document that needs notarization, just let me know and I will be more than happy to do the notary for you or refer you to a different Notary who will be able to help you out.
