FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I do. I attend seminars in that focus in areas that I would like to expand my knowledge. I read professional photographer literature that keeps me in the know of what is new. I do what I feel is necessary to stay at the top of my field.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I absolutely fell in love with photography way back in High School when I took my first darkroom photography course. The ability to create a great image using different camera settings just captured my heart. From that point on I knew I wanted to be a photographer and set out to educate myself in the field. I attended and still do attend many seminars but I also got my Bachelors degree in Fine Arts specializing in photography because I wanted to show people that I was very professional about what I do.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When looking for a photographer I feel it is very important that you find a photographer who you get along with. If you are comfortable with that person they will be more likely to capture the real you. All the other professional stuff like training, quality products, and good service matters too, but all in all if you don't get along with them you will not have a great experience.
