Very knowledgeable and had my computer back to normal within a couple of hours. Reasonable price and actually told me how to avoid problems in the future and how to stay away from things that are harmful to my pc. I would definately recomend them to my friends and family.

I contacted Jimmy after I had spilled liquid (alcohol) on my laptop keyboard. He was very informative over the phone and definitely seemed knowledgeable and professional. I dropped off the laptop at his home and we discussed in detail what he planned on doing. He was very upfront about any fees that might be incurred and came across as being an honest person to do business with. We had to wait for e new keyboard to be shipped, but once it arrived he was very quick with getting it installed and getting my laptop back to me. Very professional and I would highly recommend Jimmy to any of my friends or colleagues. Thanks!!
