When buying or selling a home, it is important to make sure your home is safe from hazards and fire-safety issues. That is where we come in.
We perform a visual inspection. We check electrical panels and outlets, all of the components of the home, appliances, attic, basement, roof, windows, doors and much more.
We do a thorough inspection of the whole home, and our reports are sent out, complete with digital pictures, to the clients via email within 24 hours of the inspection. This allows sellers to fix problems and make their home more valuable and/or allows buyers to see what is needed to get their new home in a safe and livable condition.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. You don't need to be buying or selling a home to have it inspected. Far to many people live in homes that are unsafe and are in need of repair. Most home owners don't have the eye or knowledge to catch problems and safety issues exsisting in their home. We give discounts to those who already own a home but haven't had a home inspection and wish to have one.

A. We are honest in our work. Our inspectors have studied and know what they are doing. We are excited to help our clients, and take pride in our work.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. We see lots of different homes and different cities. We get to help our client to know more about their home, and help them to make an educated decision concerning purchasing or not.
