Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. I do all types of make-up applications from Airbrush, Weddings, Photoshoots, Prom, Fashion Shows and anything in between.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Book early! Good artists are normally booked well in advance, so be sure to confirm your date as early as possible, especially if this is for a wedding. Also set up a trial run. This is SO IMPORTANT for weddings. This will allow you and your artist to test the makeup out first so that you both will be able to find your perfect wedding make-up. This also makes your wedding day run more smoothly.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. I wish people were more aware of just how important trial runs are for weddings. It's always the number one thing that brides feel they don't need, yet when the day of the wedding comes, they ALWAYS share how much the wished they would done a trial run prior.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. If you have any skin concerns, or sensitivities to certain ingredients be sure to let your artist know. Make sure they are knowledgeable enough to accommodate you.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Be sure to book your appointment well in advance to hold your day. Also have an idea of what sort of look your going for.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I have a unique background in Bio-Chemistry which really allows me to work with clients to give them the best overall look for their skin and to help those that have even the most sensitive skin.

Working with so many different cosmetic companies and doing so many events has also given me the ability to create a wide range of looks. This allows me to create a look perfect and special just for you!

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I love interacting with people and seeing how happy they are after I do a make-up application. It's great to see how much more confident and happy someone can become with just a little make-up.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Clients always want to know if the make-up I'm using is bad for their skin. Most everything that I use is fragrance-free, oil-free, paraben-free, hypoallergenic and non-comedogenic. This means the items in my kit are very good for your skin and will also give you an amazing overall look.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I have been in accelerated art programs and classes since I was very young. I've always had a love for art and decided to try using my abilities with make-up. I had such an amazing time that I decided to make it my profession.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. I recently did a Trend Show and I was able to make multiple happy all day long. It was such a great feeling!

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. YES! I love learning and am constantly going to classes to keep up to date. I'm in school continuing my Major in Bio-Chemistry and I'm always involving myself in make-up classes multiple times a year.
