Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I am a broker-associate and a realtor (of the North San Diego County Association of Realtors) of the Lyttleton Team (of High Bluff Realty). I specialize in helping clients primarily in selling their homes in North San Diego County, CA, in cities such as Carlsbad, Vista, San Marcos, Oceanside and Encinitas, to name a few in this area. I also help clients with their home searches in the North San Diego County area. I feel that my relationships with my clients are of extreme importance and I treat them with the highest levels of professionalism, trust and attention. I also strive to develop and maintain warm, long-term relationships. I enjoy providing excellent service in areas such as great communications (following up with clients in all aspects of, and with any changes in their transactions) as well as giving attention to every detail of their real estate activities. I like to “dig deep” in meeting my clients’ needs and in meeting their goals in their very important decisions regarding their future homes and also with any of their other real estate and related needs. I have studied many aspects of real estate in college classes since the early 1980’s and I became active as a real estate agent and as a Realtor 10 years ago. I and my husband Tom (also part of The Lyttleton Team) became brokers over two years ago. We both have experience in originating mortgages and I also processed many mortgage loans (as well as real estate transactions), so we have well-rounded experiences in many areas involved with most activities and transactions, in the North San Diego County real estate area. I have many years experience in working with people in areas such as office management, software training, troubleshooting and sales, retail ownership and sales, and I have studied and worked many years in accounting and also in training people on their accounting software systems. I also did forensic accounting work and troubleshooting accounting issues in software programs too. I have accumulated a variety of office experience! With all of my work experiences and studies, I find it easy to relate to most people. I attended several colleges and universities (both here and in Canada, where I grew up, mainly in British Columbia, Vancouver and Victoria areas), and I have studied many different disciplines (from accounting and computer science, to foreign languages, psychology, anthropology, among other disciplines!). I am extremely curious and I am also an avid reader, and I’m always interested in learning more or something new (the electric guitar and new keyboarding skills are the most recent things!). I’m very interested in people, what their backgrounds are and what makes them tick! This interest and curiosity helps me get along so well with my clients and other people I meet in my variety of experiences. I enjoy an active and varied life. I participate in activities such as swimming, yoga, Pilates, various crafts including jewelry-making and also beach walks, sea kayaking and snorkeling. I attend many local events, especially in the North San Diego County real estate area. Please see the links, many blogs, newsletters and other information about some of the various events, fundraisers and of course real estate news, and my activities (such as snorkeling with sharks!) at The Lyttleton Team’s website. I’m also an active volunteer with many different events in the North San Diego County real estate area, with a branch of the Women’s Club (Contemporary Women of North County) and I really enjoy talking to visitors as a docent at the Mission San Luis Rey in Oceanside weekly. I am also involved with events and fundraising for the Shriners’ Hospitals for Children and realtor volunteer events. Recently Tom and I both completed another seminar and testing to receive the certification SFR (short sales and foreclosure resource). Tom also completed the class and exam for the CDPE certification – Certified Distressed Property Expert. Besides continuing to work with customers, blog and update the website (see the latest info pages on FSBO’s and Testimonials in “About Us”), I also added an informative link to “Real Estate Today” to the website for a weekly interactive radio program and website produced by the National Association of Realtors.
