Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. For other than "free" warranty service provided by a dealer under your vehicle's manufacturer's warranty - seek out an independent, well-qualified facility like ours. We consistently save our customers at least 20% for the same work provided at a car dealership. You get personal service and savings - while maintaining your car in the top condition it and you deserve.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. You should know that several sources for repair parts exist - and they range from manufacturer-provided "original" parts to "aftermarket" parts that meet specifications, but are not from the original manufacturer. Such "aftermarket" parts range in price - depending on their cost and the warranties they provide. There are also available "used" parts - having no warranty even though they may have a long useful life expectancy. You should discuss the type of parts any repair facility uses - ask for suggestions for the type of repair you seek and be fully informed about the ways to maintain your vehicle at using parts that will do the job - while possible saving you money.
