Introduction: I have dedicated my life to bettering others and changing their lives with the power of health and fitness. I am passionate about helping others and overcoming the shortcomings that they may have. With certifications including ISSA ( International Sports Science Association) ,SCW Mat Pilates, and a Sports Nutrition Certification my fitness career started as an in home trainer. I would travel to businesses and clients homes and provide personal training services to those who requested in the forms of one on one sessions, partner training sessions, and group class. With a wide variety of exercise styles such as resistance training, mat pilates, and kettlebells I have been able to put together effective programs that fit the fitness level of each client and provide an experience of enjoyment. I believes that each clients overall goal needs to be addressed in a unique way and there should be fun in fitness. With over 10 years of experience I have been able to build a career promoting weight loss, mass gain, muscle endurance, correcting postural imbalances, and increasing client flexibility. My experience has given me the opportunity to perform assessments to uncover muscle and postural imbalance, monitor heart rate, and monitor and take blood pressure. I am keen on looking into the factors and elements that make up each person's lifestyle and address them while pushing each client to achieving their overall goal. I add a personal touch to personal training. I makes sure to place myself into the lives of my clients and teach them as they progress into their fitness journey. Fitness is a Journey not a race, a solution and not a gimmick, its lifestyle not a quick fix and I make sure to promote that message while helping each person become the vision of who they want to be and become a better version of themselves
