- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My working process with a new customer begins with a discovery video meeting, where I dive deep into understanding their needs, wants, challenges, and preferences. This session allows me to get to know the client and their business, as well as their preferred communication style. Following the meeting, I provide a detailed quote outlining the scope of work discussed. I believe in transparency and clarity, ensuring my clients have a clear understanding of what to expect. Throughout the project, my approach is straightforward—I don’t limit revisions and am always open to feedback and requests until the client is completely satisfied with the outcome. Customer satisfaction is my top priority, and I strive to exceed expectations at every step of the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I pursued my education in Full Stack Web Design studies at the prestigious Technion in 2016, a leading global Israeli institute renowned for its excellence in technology and innovation. Additionally, in 2020, I completed a UX (User Experience) course to deepen my understanding of user-centric design principles. Furthermore, in 2021, I expanded my skill set by undertaking a Product Management program at Tel Aviv University, enhancing my ability to oversee the development and launch of successful products.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After a decade in the corporate high-tech world, I made the leap to working directly with business owners, driven by my passion to contribute to their success. With a wealth of experience in technical best practices, SEO, user experience, and marketing, I enthusiastically share my insights at every opportunity. My aim is to offer not just website design, but a holistic approach infused with all my business acumen, ensuring my clients thrive.
