Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. All of our consultants have worked as either corporate of government administrators, which differs from many of competitors in that they are intimately familiar with the inner workings of how a business works. Many IT Consultants do not understand that the ROI is just as important as the functionality of the technology they are implementing. At ScapeCaster our first step is to get to know your business. By understanding what you do and how you accomplish it, we can tailor a solution that meets your specific needs.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. ScapeCaster values our customer interaction. Every business is unique and it is the challenge of integrating technology within each of these unique environments that makes our job so enjoyable.
Information Technology is about learning and adapting to change and for each of our consultants, the love of learning new technology and solving complex problems is what drives them.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Often with new customers, we find that they wonder why their computer system is slow and whether they need to buy something new.
The answer is often that their systems have not been properly maintained and like a car that hasn't been serviced, computers slowly lose performance until they eventually fail. Our clients are constantly amazed at how just using our maintenance contract saves them the cost of buying new equipment. In situations where new equipment is needed our strong partnerships with leading manufactures allows small businesses to purchase new equipment for prices usually reserved for large enterprise corporations.
