Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Communication is the key. Hire some one you trust ( get references ) with experience and that listens to you.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Obtain a complete set of construction documents. Ask for everything required to obtain a permit . Don't get hook into a partial set and have extras and extras.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Ask fro exactly what you want. And if it's " I don't know exactly what to do " ask that.
