I hired Tech Construction for a painting job. They did a great job matching my original paint for touch ups and to finish painting a couple of rooms in my house including my kitchen. I’m satisfied with their work and professionalism. They completed the task quickly and cleanly. I would definitely hire them again.

Details: Home • 4 rooms • Walls • Trim • 8 - 10 feet • Repainting - same color • Repainting - color change • Fair - minor holes and scratches • No, this is not new construction • No, I will move things out of the way myself

They were great. I would highly recommend this company. They contacted me right away and answered my questions. I will contact them for my future demo jobs.

Really shocking quote for less than 1000 Square feet of flooring which we had already purchased. They quoted me 13,000! I thought it was an error when I received the contract. They are either inexperienced or extortionists. Either way - I would never invite them to quote any work that is needed for my business.

Details: Engineered hardwood • 501 - 750 sq ft • Carpet • Homeowner or property manager (done) • Business

Tech Construction J V's reply
You were quoted before receiving the contract and acknowledged and approved the work. You asked for the work to be done on Sunday. You asked for the removal of carpet, the slab of concrete was uneven and needed to be leveled. All baseboards needed to be replaced and we were covering that cost, in addition to dump and trailer fees. The square footage was just under 1000sf. The area is not open area, it required several custom cuts, was not straightforward. With this being said, with work like this, I underbid you. I understand that you don't know today's market in construction, yet you approved the quote over text message. I told you that we do not proceed without a signed contract. After that was addressed, last minute you said that the price should be $1300. You said you were disappointed with my service because of my price, which was said in my text message to you, which you tried to deny. All contractors beware of client's trying to push work to start without signing a contract. My team and I reached out to you, you were rude and yelling over the phone, which was completely out of line. If you were not ok with the price, you could have just not made plans with me and my team to start the work and found someone else. Every contractor has the right to set their own prices, based on several factors, which varies depending on size and other factors.
