The partners expertise has given Synthesis Design Group, Inc. the tools necessary to obtain current clients, such as residential developers MGC Homes and Sherwood Development and retailer True Religion Brand Jeans, producing more than a dozen retail stores in different states. In addition, we recently completed restaurants' Tomato Pie Pizzeria and custom restaurant and jazz club, and House of Music and Entertainment H.O.M.E. A recent addition to our client list is a partnership with SoCal Better Homes, designing residences throughout Southern California. Our clients, commercial and private, have allowed the perspective of Synthesis Design Group to flourish, evolve and create exciting exhibition spaces, custom homes, and mixed-use buildings. With over 150 residential, retail and commercial mixed-use projects in the company's first ten years, Synthesis Design Group has carved a niche for new forward thinking architecture that understands and maximizes space and resources, while maintaining a design aesthetic and professional service satisfaction beyond client expectation. Our specialties are residential and commercial retail architecture. In 2015, SDG is merging with Part Four Architects, Inc., bringing an additional 35 years of experience from the four partners. Our specialties will include sustainability, healthcare, Institutional, cutting edge Retail, Restaurant, and Residential project types.
