Chicago-style bbq comes to LA and Orange County!

Ribs To Spare is a one-of-a-kind Chicago-style bbq catering service in Southern California. We provide top-notch service for corporate events, weddings,meal deliveries, parties of all types and on-site cooking!

Our service includes professional and down-to-earth servers who will set up and thoroughly clean the service area. We are on time and serve with impeccable care. All you need to do is kick back and relax!

Our menu includes bbq pork ribs, hot links, bbq chicken and tri-tip! The amazing sides include southern-style potato salad, baked beans and dinner rolls. The meal would not be complete without a home cooked style dessert of your choice of caramel cake, peach cobbler and sweet potato pie!

All of our meats are top quality and smoked over mesquite, oak and hickory wood! All meats are seasoned with a dry rub and smoked from 4-6 hours! Now how can you resist that?

As a side note, we served some major corporations such as Amtrak, Edison, Myshape.com and large churches like Covina Assembly of God.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Make sure that the company you hire is a certified food handler through the health dept and certified through an organization like Serve Safe. Asking these types of questions will ensure that you are hiring a company that that is compling with industry requirements and understand the importants of serving for that is safe and good for you.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. I would want to know the care taken to produce good healthy food. Our concern is not how many meals we sell, but in producing good product to have those customers come again and again.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Are you a current certified food handler.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Event type, how many will be attending, are you having one or two sides and are you having to entrees. Event date, how long will you need us for. Is this buffet or will you be needed servers.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. My food is just really, really good. Ribs are tender and bbq sauce is unique. BBQ chicken is unlike any you've had.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I really enjoy cooking for my customers. I like to see their faces light up when they first taste the food.
