- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't have a catering menu, because catering job is unique in itself. We work directly with the client to make sure we are meeting what their very unique needs are.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mostly through blogging with other professional groups.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Talk about it for many years and then when I was without a job for the first time in my life, I decided to go into business.
