Roman Construction recently completed the remodel of my office suite and has completed reconstruction work/projects for me within the last two years. Richard is a true professional who has constantly exceeded my expectations. He is very knowledgeable and provides high quality service, without the shortcuts! He was able to explain different materials available that afforded me the ability to achieve a high quality outcome needed, on a budget. His work was thorough and completed earlier than scheduled. I highly recommend Roman Construction for all projects - big or small. They will bring value, expertise, quality and extreme satisfaction to any project you have. You WILL be delighted with their performance !

Richard Roman, from Roman Construction, came highly recommended by a friend. Mr. Roman was very professional and addressed both my neighbor and my concerns regarding a shared block wall he was quoting. Not only was his quote the lowest but there were no unexpected cost which usually occurs on a construction job. Roman Construction also designed and landscaped an unused portion of my backyard, which included pavers, fire pit, sod and flower garden with a waterfall. Both jobs came in on budget, on time; they were very professional and meticulous to detail. I highly recommend Roman Construction. Steve Gomez, Chino Hills

Richard was excellent to work with. We had several jobs to do in a short amount of time (as we were moving into the property within a week) and he completed everything in a timely manner and it looks great! We're actually considering hiring him again for a bathroom remodel :D

Richard Roman, of Roman Construction, recently completed an entire interior/exterior home renovation for me. His professionalism and dedication to quality work made my renovation project a pleasant experience for me. Richard completed the job within the timeline that he had originally set, and stayed within my budget, in spite of the changes that I made to the original scope of work. He took care of all the research, plans and permits necessary to complete my home. I have specific tastes and Richard went out of his way to work with me and give me the customized job that I wanted. His attention to detail, and his expertise and that of his crew, has resulted in a beautiful finished product. From the demolition at the beginning to the final finishing touches, it was a pleasure to work with Roman Construction, and I would certainly recommend them for any construction project.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Ask for references, check licenses, and have all agreements in writing. Ask for pictures of work the contractor has completed similar to that you are requesting.
