- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Single Family Homes start at $135.00 per month, Apartments and Commercial range from 3-6% of the revenue collected.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It begins with establishing an understanding of my clients goals and how our services can help them grow their business. I then explain our philosophy of managing properties. If their goals and our philosophy are in line we can begin the process of helping them with their property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Loyola Marymount University in 1991, with a major in Business Administration. The lessons I learned in accounting, marketing, investment analysis, and information systems I use on a daily basis. After graduating I obtained my Real Estate Brokers License and General Contracting License. I completed my CPM designation in 2010. CPM stands for Certified Property Manager, which is similar to a Master's Degree in Property Management.
