Embarking on a home remodeling project can be daunting mostly because of the mess that happens during the construction process. And when you have a dog and a little baby in the house, you become overwhelmed by the thought itself. But when we talked to Mike and discussed the project, we felt a lot more comfortable. Mike’s ideas were just irresistible. He was prompt with his response and followed through quickly as well. So, we didn’t think twice about giving the project to MDM. Mike dealt with the design part and also the tedious permit process. Initially, after the start of the construction work, there were some bumps along the way but everything was sorted out perfectly. The workers were very efficient to my opinion and I found them to be very professional. They showed up on the job site every day 9 in the morning. They were well-mannered too. I was in touch with Mike throughout the project and he was responsive. Mike really cares about his customers’ satisfaction. It was a nice journey of almost 5 long months. The remodeling process ended up well, just the way we imagined. The project was completed on time and the budget was also very accurate. Really looking forward to enjoying our new home. I cannot tell you how satisfied I am with my new floor addition project and all this has become possible because of MDM. Since it’s a costly project, we decided from the very beginning that we will be working with a genuine contractor so that no problem arises in future and we got to know about MDM. Mike is a guy of his words. He is very talented and knows his craft very well. And the best thing about him is that he is always ready to go the extra mile. The design of the floor, the building permit, all these matters were taken care of by himself. Every part of the floor like the master suite, office space, walk-in closet, living space was designed by him. Mike sent me the 3D design through mail before my approval. It was almost a year-long project, so I was a bit worried initially but everything was so well planned that the construction work went very smoothly. I have to mention the team members’ workmanship. They were all very professional throughout the project and always punctual. They used to reach the project site at the same time, every day. Mike was very responsive throughout the project. Whenever I reached him for assistance through calls or emails, he responded. All my friends are praising my house now and I feel very satisfied. MY RECOMMENDATION MDM!!

I bought my house more than 10 years ago. It was a single--story building. And now I wanted to add an extra floor on the 2nd floor of the house. It was a big decision, and a dream decision for us. And this is why we didn’t want to hire contractor with minimal experience and knowledge. When we talked to Mike, we were very pleased with his knowledge, expertise and behavior. We decided that We would only work with Mike. The best part about working with MDM is that their process of working is very smooth and transparent. Most importantly, everything was in written form so that we could avoid any future inconvenience. The planning and design of the floor was done by Mike himself. Since he is experienced, he created the 3D design. It was really good and I was very pleased. Shawn on the other hand, was full of ideas for the floor. His ideas were brilliant. I contacted Mike during the project and I got the answer all the time. He is a very responsible guy. Likewise, the team also was very responsible and professional. They did their job brilliantly. They were total 7 people and all them were very sincere and helpful. And because of their efforts the project was finished in time. The floor is now ready to move. Thank you, MDM.

If I have to describe Mike from MDM Custom Remodeling, then I would say he is a man of his words and he is a person who responds and communicates. He is extremely professional and he is very kind in nature and very straight-forward. We wanted to add a new floor in the house and were looking for a contractor that specializes in home addition and expansion. And then we found MDM. We were going through reviews and a lot of people were talking good things about MDM and Mike. So, we were convinced and handed over the project to MDM after the final discussion regarding budget, duration and all. The next good thing about this company is the brilliant team of workers. They have delivered top-quality work. The entire floor design was made by Mike himself. He sent us the 3D rendering of the floor via email. It helped the rookie like us a lot to understand the end result. And the team has done complete justice to the design. They were all very polite and very professional. They followed strict guidelines for Covid-19 during the work and it was finished in time. Mike was always reachable during the construction process. The floor that consists of a master suite, a master bedroom, a master bathroom, a walk-in closet, living room, study, kitchen; looks exactly the same as the design. They absolutely deserve a 5-star rating.

MDM Custom Remodeling did a fantastic job with the new 2nd floor addition project in the house. I never expected that this project would end up so beautifully and the new floor would look so beautiful. This all has been possible because of Mike. On the very first day of our meeting, we told him that we want this place to look exceptionally well and he has kept his words. Mike is a multi-talented guy. He knows everything about the remodeling and addition process. He knows the design and planning part. He has a strong network in LA. We liked his design and plan and decided to hire MDM. The first few days were a bit problematic since we had never experienced any demolition and construction process in the house before. But thanks to the team. The guys were really very nice and very helpful. They were all extremely professional with their work. I had hardly seen them wasting time. Mike’s been a great support during the construction. I had called him a couple of times and I got the reply. It was all very nice and well-coordinated. The best part of MDM is the transparency of their process. I’ve liked them and their work so from me a big thumbs up to them. Five star!!
