I coach fitness early mornings through late evenings.
Available 24 hours, 7 days a week (including holidays).
I began training in 2001, and coaching in 2008 with a certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
I am also AED-qualified with the CPR-certification from the American Heart Association.
Every session will be challenging by rotating a large variety of exercises. I specialize in hypertrophy for gaining muscle, favoring drop sets.
Isometric resistance and a focus on core abdominal exercises as a winning formula.
Following through with weekly coaching sessions in a discreet facility and training 5 days a week independently in the gym of your choice.
