If you want a trainer who truly cares about their clients, then TK is the guy for you. I've trained with a few people previously and eventually found TK through a referral. Thank God for that referral! TK's knowledge goes far beyond the gym. He's taught me about my own body type and the nutrition I need to to reach my goals and live a long and healthy life. It doesn't hurt that he's helped me achieve the best physique I've ever had. He's in tune with people's energy and can turn even the worst day into a joyful one. I feel a little silly saying this but I could go on and on singing his praises all day. He REALLY is that great. If you're serious about changing your lifestyle and creating a new you , mind, body and spirit then TK is for you.

I am really happy that I found TK who I used as my trainer on different occasions. When I started, I had very poor overall body strength especially in my upper body. Not only did TK help me to improve my overall strength but he also helped me to see the big picture by changing my eating habits and educated me on the proper use of fitness equipment. While training with TK, I found him to be very supportive during out workouts and he was flexible if I needed to change the dates/times of out training sessions. At this point there is good development overall but especially in my mid section and upper body where I have gained muscle. Thanks TK for helping me to resize/reshape my body and by getting me focused on my physical health. I feel like I have part of my life back that I did not know even existed previously!

While in college I was able to survive 3 years without gaining the dreaded Freshman 15... Then along came my senior year and I gained the Senior 25!! I thought that I was going to be one of the lucky ones and evade it but I ended up gaining it plus some. Once I graduated and moved back home I tried everything to shed the weight but nothing was working. Luckily my sister told me that she had just signed up for training sessions with TK and invited me to join her. Let me just say that TK was my gift from the gods to help me lose that weight! Within 5 months of training TK helped me shed the 25lbs and get into the best shape of my life. Thanks to him I became an avid runner, which I never thought could happen in my wildest dreams. Before TK entered my life running a mile was like hell on earth for me but now I can pump 3 miles like it is nobody's business! Training with him was always so much fun and quickly became my favorite part of the day. I not only lost the weight but also gained a brother from another mother. TK is the BEST trainer that you can find in Los Angeles and I definitely guarantee that!

I love working out and training with TK! He was my very first (and only) personal trainer experience and I couldn't have been more pleased. I highly recommend reaching out and giving him a try. You won't be disappointed!

Talk about a guy who knows how to motivate you to reach your. TK is definitely one if the premiere trainers in Los Angeles and probably the best investment In myself was hiring TK.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    Many of my male clients are either looking to build muscle while losing fat while others train to maintain their current lean state. With my female clients it is toning and getting all those problem areas to jiggle less.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    I see many clients in my gym that have trainers that are always late, inattentive and not monitoring their form, distracted on their smart phones and appearing to want to be elsewhere in the moment. This is not normal. I call that impersonal training. Moreover, if your trainer can't answer your questions with confidence, or can't fix it when something feels wrong, then you can get a better bang for your buck elsewhere. Remember: you're paying your trainer more than $1 a minute, can they not give you their undivided attention for that short hour?
