- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service fees are comparable to all the real estate brands within the local area. However choosing a real estate agent or company based on what they charge for a fee may not be the best agent or company for your representation. If the agent is willing to work for less commission, will that agent be strong enough negotiator to get you the best possible price for your asset? Will that agent be willing to invest the needed marketing dollars to get your the best exposure and price for your property? Are you going to consider stepping on dollars to save pennies?
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a personal meeting with the owner at the property and we discuss the results that the client is seeking and see if our team is a fit to work with the client. It is also just as important as the owner making sure that they select the right agent and company to represent them that we also make sure that the property that we are representing qualifies to be represented by Harcourts Advanced Real Estate with our Advanced Marketing Process or our Harcourts Advanced Property Management Services. We are an extension of the client and a close relationship is important to have a successful transaction no matter if the client is selling, buying, leasing or a investor relying on us for a quality tenant. When working with home buyers it is very important to have an initial meeting to discuss all the needs and wants of the family, including the financing needs of the purchase as to insure that the family will see every home that fits the needs and desires of the family new home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a firm believer that education and knowledge is the most powerful tool in my tool box. In order to be successful in this industry we need to be at the forefront of knowledge and technology changes to keep the company relevant to today's market place.
