Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. OUR specialty is correcting Shop-Chop jobs by others ... but our greatest GAIN for each & every one of our clients are the simple co$t$ for muc h more work - and often explaining the works.

Q. Describe three recent jobs you've completed.

A. It must have been in just about a weeks time that it all happened. Finished doing a complete Head Gasket replacement & valve job while waiting for the next assignment. So, took on some Handyman work : painted a whole house and 2 1/2 car garage, plus some other tasks; then, a NEW client (UPTOWN business owner) called for an emergency water leak on his vehicle; it was a water pump job for Auto Hours while the other business operated @ regular hours.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Stay away from shops that do NOT allow you to look ath the repairs being done on your vehicle : I have personally seen many 'mess-ups' at the customer's expense. We explain system works & often offer a few possible option repairs.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. This is a DETAILED business: noted for FAIR and Honest prices [:-) Most people WE assist are working or just 'surviving' so they are unable to POSITIVELY give feedback; but, ones trying to take advantage or manipulate / abuse are quick to attempt to ruin ...

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Fixing and making things WORK again or BETTER than originally designed. WE will NOT waste your money & you do not waste our time.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. "Can you help me?" is the most common question; obviously, yes, here to help get you going again - back into the commute of life.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. Will ALWAYS remember 'that' old man that called from Long Beach & said he needs his power steering pump replaced; the man showed the paper work from Pepboys stating that the power steering pump was not working & needed replacement : total job = almost 300.00. The man had his own mechanicconfirm the needed said work. By chance, the man called US & paid basic DIAGNOS/SERVICE charge; we discovered it was NOT the power steering pump, but rather an idler pulley that was NOT allowing the pump to work. The man was grateful & stated, "You see, that's why I call YOU, because YOU are honest and explain why the problem of the malfunction".

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. Assisting others and preventing them from hindurances we've experienced is our main goal : savings is just part of the additional VALUE of working with us.....

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. After years of watching many 'Primitive-Petes' saboutage vehicles & FORCE 'comebacks', WE wanted to show the world that Enginuity - Honesty - Integrity can still be found in the automotive service field.

Q. What is your greatest strength?

A. GREATEST strengths? this is tough because have so- many : many times asked by others, how come YOU can get the job done in a couple of hours and the shops take 2 or 3 days for the same job? HOW can you possibly do an engine swap in 1 day without air and a facility - with air and 'equipment' usually takes several days?

A. WHY DO WE REMAIN SO BASIC OF AN OPERATION ?

Simple, we remain a simple business operation, because we travel to our clients and take simple tools, equipment, knowledge and experience - keeping costs low, versus machines and equipment to show cunsumers [many times they are unfunctionable].
