It was a pleasure to do business with J&M Construction. Finally a contractor who knows what he is doing and puts the customer first. J&M Construction installed a brand new heater and AC unit in ONE day! This included the removal of my old heater unit, replacement of all my ducts, new heater installed, new AC, new thermostat...EVERYTHING done right in ONE day! The crew explained everything to me and walked me through the new equipment to make sure I was satisfied. This construction company is amazing. I would definitely do business with them again.

Joe remodeled my entire house - top to bottom! Complete tear down and redo of Kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, living, dinning, flooring, windows, carpeting, changed in-house water heater and installed tank less water heater, rewired electrical since they were so outdated (knob and wire), plumbing, flooring, new doors, new roof on garage, replaced garage door, and tons more. oh and he redid our front lawn too, new sprinklers and new sod too! They got this all done in 6 weeks! It it wasn't for our cabinet guy, he probably would have finished in 5 weeks. He doesn't waste time and will get your job done as soon as he can. He knows where to get stuff and at really good prices. But they are human after all and construction stuff is not easy so don't expect it done overnight. I don't think there is anything this guy and his team can't do. I personally vouch for him and he has done work for my family, friends, co-workers, etc. He helped my brother fix a patio that another contractor had difficulty with. I think he's been doing this for over 17 years. Dependable person and has great sense of humor too! No job is too big or too small for him and his crew. If you are not happy about anything, he will make sure to make things right. But he pretty much makes sure you are getting what you want so no surprises down the road. Now how did I find this guy? Luck? Well a little? He was referred to me as well.

Joe and I have worked together for 5 Yeats and he has handled many different type of jobs. He had upgraded several units in my apartment buildings. I work for a management company both residential and commercial properties and I manage 80 properties.

Had a need to put up some block wall, Joe came over and took the measurements, I had a quote that evening. Next week the work started and my neighbors were surprised at how good it looked and how fast it went up.
