Definitely will recommend doing training with klutch k9. I have a Belgian Malinois and I got her during the beginning of the pandemic. During the first years we were not able to socialize with many people or dogs and that created a problem for my dog. By the age of 2 years old she was getting triggered by strangers and had a barking problem. It was very difficult to walk her. I started to see options to get her trained and went online to see if I can find someone who has experience of training Malinois or have an idea and I came across Klutch k9. I went ahead and left a message for them and I got a phone call consultation and they were very understanding and we went ahead and made an appointment for them to meet my dog. They came to my house and when I brought her out she was barking and I was not able to control her at all and when she finally calmed down he was able to take over and I can see that he knew what he was doing. I was not able to do the training right away due to personal matters but after a few months a gave them a call and they still let me sign up my pet without a new consultation. They were very professional and I knew that they were very kind. My dog was with them during the storm and they communicated with me and they made sure that all the pets were safe. She was there for 5 weeks and when she came back you could see the change. She was barking less and stayed more focused on walks and I’m still continuing everything they said so she won’t go back to old habits. I believe she is more happy since she now has more confidence in herself which is a big improvement. Thank you.

I would highly recommend Klutch K9 for anyone looking for training for your fur babies. These guys are Amazing! I rescued a 2 year old German Shepherd and I can not say enough about them. Patience with the owner as we need to learn, what our dog is learning. Excellent communication about how they can help or what you want help with. What will work for you base on your family situation…if you have other dogs etc I drive a good hour and pass other trainers just to go here and I am Super glad I do!!!

I was hesitant to work with a dog trainer. I had a very bad experience about 12 years ago. We are "rehoming" two 7 year old Aussie Shepards, very reactive on walks to other dogs, cats or even barking. We wanted to see if we could fix the problem, as we had only had them for 2 weeks before training started. After speaking to Sasha, she made me feel very comfortable with their services, and no "hard sell" to get us in the door. Walking into the first session and meeting Chris, I knew it was a good decision. HE KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOINIG!! He took control of those dogs instantly. I loved his honesty about the dogs and about us as pet owners. One thing that stuck with me that he said, was that in most cases he needs to train the owner more than the dog. And that has stuck with me and my wife as we work with our new dogs. Most of the problems arise from how we fail to do the right thing with them, that's our fault not theirs. So what he said was SO true! It's only been 3 sessions, and we have an in-home session coming up, but I would recommend them 100%! We already see improvements in both the dogs and how we react to them. Looking forward to the point where I feel 100% trained (HA!). Thanks Chris, Sasha and team!

I reached out to Sasha and Chris because I was in need of training my reactive rescue. From the moment me and Sasha talked on the phone, to our very last session with Chris I could see the care and genuine passion they both had for helping people with any and every of their training needs. Even though our sessions have ended for now, they still asked to please be updated and to reach out should I have any further questions or concerns with my dog. They are both so thorough and involved in helping you train your dog every step of the way. I reached out to 6 trainers and they ended up being the ones I went with and I’m so glad I did. After my consultation, Chris decided it was best that I participated in their Prodigy program and I learned so much a long the way! My dog has transformed so much in just a couple of weeks his behaviors are almost unrecognizable and I am so thankful we found a team like Sasha and Chris to help us! I’m excited to continue working with them in training my dog moving forward and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recently I worked with a lovely family that had a very sweet but reactive dog. The dog and humans were speaking two different languages and it caused a lot of tension and stress. I was able to help remedy the situation with Obedience 101- 6 week course. I personally came out and worked with the dog and family 90 minutes every week. I was able to provide the family with all the tools they needed to create a happy and lasting bond.
