AVOID - First character fell ill 24 hours prior to the party - no replacement was available. We were offered a balloon twister as a replacement - with such short notice, we really had no other option to entertain 15 kids (4 year old girls). The balloon twister came 1/2 late, left 15 min early and only knew 3 types of balloon creations (after she left, a parent started making ballon hats of all types that the kids just loved). We contacted Victoria to discuss a discounted rate because we felt we didn't receive what we paid for ($75 for a balloon twister that didn't know how to twist, seemed too much). We never heard back. We put a stop payment on our check and will never use her services again.

The client booked a specific time and we do not show up any other time that indicated. The children continually asked for the same items because after seeing what other children received. All of our Artists know how to make a variety of items of balloon designs. If an entertainer falls ill we do our very best to replace them. We do not want to jeopardize the children's Health or other attendees if an entertainer has a virus that is contagious.
The Client also tipped the entertainer $5 which is ridiculous to do if you are not happy with your service. We have serviced customers who are happy with their services and then complain after in order to get free services. Unfortunately this happens and this a review we are having to deal with due to them trying to get a refund for services that they were happy with.
