Mrs. Sandy's Piano Studio

Introduction: The mission and vision of Mrs. Sandy's Piano Studio are the following: Play + Learn = Grow * Play: Students within Mrs. Sandy's Piano Studio have an opportunity to use their ears, eyes, and, of course, their fingers to produce beautiful melodic tones on one of the greatest instruments ever built, the piano! * Learn: Students can only play properly if they only learn properly!  Private lessons with Mrs. Sandy allows for encouraging, creative, distinct, and carefully planned lesson plans specific to the student's learning style. Whether a student is an auditory, visual, and/or kinesthetic learner, Mrs. Sandy carefully adjusts each lesson to tend to each of the student's needs.  Of course, learning how to independently continue these skills learned at the lesson to the home is absolutely essential to the success of the student's musical growth. Specific playing guidelines at home, especially for the beginning student, are written in assignment books to ensure that these goals are achieved. * Grow: By combining playing and learning in an encouraging and motivating atmosphere, Mrs. Sandy's hopes to instill personal growth in each of her students. Students learn, discover, and exercise patience, creativity, confidence, and curiosity during their lessons. Mrs. Sandy hopes to plant these tools in each of her student's lives, so they can become well-rounded musicians.
