Our studio is best known for our beautiful photography of families, children, couples and individuals. We specialize in capturing portraits in scenic outdoor settings and in classic studio settings. We also travel to unique and wonderful locations to accommodate our clients.
The best compliment our clients can give us is that they love their portraits, and that they very much enjoyed their portrait session. Both of these are important to us. We have many years of experience working with young children, as well as with unwilling teenagers, and our resulting portraits speak for themselves.
If you are looking for a worry-free experience for your portraits, please contact us today to schedule your session!
Question and answer
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Plan your portrait session when it is most likely you will have a successful session. If you are a morning person, plan your session in the morning. If you have a toddler, plan the session several hours before nap time or an hour or two after. Try to not rush to your session so everyone will be stress-free when you arrive. Select a photographer who specializes in the type of portraiture you would like to have taken.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. If you are planning an outdoor session, the light is prettiest at the end of the day - about 1 to 1 1/2 hours before sunset. It is always best for you and/or the photographer to visit the site of the session prior to taking portraits to make sure to start the session at the perfect time, as each location has its best light at slightly different times of the day, due to things like mountains and trees blocking sunlight, etc.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. What type of training, experience do you have? Those with professional education and training will likely provide the best services. If you are having children photographed, it is best to ask how much experience the studio has photographing children. This makes a huge difference.
