Going into my first session was nerve-racking. Diana quickly put me at ease by telling me a little bit about her life and what led her to the role she serves in now. She worked effortlessly to make a connection with me. I think subconsciously I went it hoping to make a connection with her, but she did all the leg work to make that happen, and she did it without breaking a sweat. Her ability to help me step out of my perspective and into at least attempting to see my dirty laundry/baggage/situation from a different one was impressive. Her non-judgmental feistiness, in confronting my stinking thinking and self-judgment, really challenged me in a way I had never experienced before. It still proves helpful when I walk through a challenging season and find myself judging my missteps too harshly. Her kindness, compassion, gentleness, and honesty about her own personal and professional limits really encouraged me to have and do similarly. I highly recommend Diana for anyone needing a wake up call, a gentle reminder, or a straight up slap in the face (figuratively of course), in regards to seeing the amazing you that you are. She’s talented beyond her experience, experienced beyond what anyone ever should be, but she’s putting it all to great use. She’s changed for the better in light of what she’s been through, and she’s turning back to give folks like me a hand in making changes, too. Highly recommend!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Distance Reiki Treatments are conducted via Google Meet. Reiki works just as effectively at a distance as in person as much of the workings of Reiki has to do with intention. Distance Reiki uses elements of both intentional thoughts, prayers, and energy to balance the mind, body, and spirit, supporting the body's natural ability to heal. Similar to in-person, you lie in a comfortable position on a bed or couch as calming music plays in the background. The session begins with a guided meditation, immediately followed by a 45 or 90min Reiki treatment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki Master
