Dmitrii called to notify me of his pending arrival. After explaining the problem to him, he quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair. He explained the issue to me and satisfied my curiosity. Dimitri did a great job diagnosing and repairing our washing machine. He was timely and worked around our hectic schedule including working into the evening to finish the repair. He completed the repair for the reasonable price he quoted and the machine works like new. On top of that he is a courteous and pleasant guy to work with.
