A. Ask questions and demand answers on price. Be honest on the condition and square footage. Find out who is comming out to do your work,an employee? Sub-contractor? or owner/operater?

A. My expierence for over 30 years I personally bring to all of my customers. My motto is "quality work at a fair price" and go the extra mile to satisfy all.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Will the stains come back after cleaning? Usually not, because using truck mounted steam extraction process, and going over a spot several times and pre spotting or pre conditioning(when necessary) it gets extracted. How ever, colored stains such as red dye needs special processes.
