A. My work stands out because it is completely customer-driven. By that I mean I put myself in my customer's perspective and approach my work accordingly rather than being in a 'my way or else' frame of mind!
A. I enjoy my job the most when I get to help a customer achieve a personal or business goal. I get a great deal of satisfaction being given the chance to create something that will help someone else.
A. Frequently I am asked how long something will take. My answer is usually a basic time estimate and that I will be in contact with them on a regular basis (i.e., weekly) so they are always informed as to the progress being made.
