Our front yard faucet leak was fixed by Ivan. Easy peasy. But what he came to repair turned out to be a bit more complicated when a pvc pipe busted accidentally. Ivan drove back to our house immediately when i called him about the busted pipe and water all over the front yard. It busted again as he waited a while to make sure he got It fixed. Turned that there was a problem coming from the main water line. So SCV water had to be involved. On the second day, after SVC drained the excess water that was causing the issue, Ivan was able to do a permanent fix. All through this aggravating process ( for me) Ivan continued to remain professional and focused on correcting the problem, despite working under the scorching heat of the sun. He spoke with the SCV technician in their plumbing lingo to make sure we have a proper working faucet. Ivan was amazing. I will use Andrade Plumbing and Rooter for all our future plumbing needs.

Ivan did a great job on some faucet and toilet valve installs I needed done, and replaced some of my leaky shut-offs with more modern quarter-turn units. Everything was handled on time, which I appreciate. I will definitely be returning to Andrade Plumbing for future projects.
