Introduction: VinSue Photography is a combination of the last names of Sarah Vinson and Emily R. Sue who are longtime friends turned partners. VinSue is a boutique photography service specializing in weddings, engagements, and all things love! Every VinSue wedding is covered by both Emily and Sarah and lovingly edited as if it were their own special day. Individually, they've been photographers for more than 5 years and recently decided to combine their talents and create a name for themselves in the wedding world! With Sarah's background in wedding and event coordination and Emily's in art and animation, their combined style is creative and inspired. Sarah and Emily are positive, pro, and really easy to work with. Whether your event requires one or two photographers, they offer reasonably priced packages to fit any budget. Thanks for checking out their Thumbtack post, and please check out their website. They look forward to hearing from you!

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We like to keep our pricing simple.. just as we would like it to be if we were the client! We charge based on hours and coverage and all edited photos are included in your cost. There are no hidden print fees, no minimum orders and no choosing from photo proofs. Extra coverage hours, engagement shoots and photo books can be purchased a la carte, but they're not required. We love our work and our clients, so we keep our business simple!

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Recently we've been busy with engagement and party photos, a little bit of family, baby & maternity sprinkled in there too. We can't wait for wedding season to start back up again!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Having both planned our own weddings we know how many decisions you have to make... and we know it can be overwhelming. Our advice on finding a photographer is to find a portfolio you like and contact the photographer personally. It is extremely important that you have a kind of 'click' with the person who will be capturing your special day. When you find the right photographer it takes a load off your mind and lets you move on to the next thing! Also, a good photographer with a good reputation is a useful resource for other necessities like catering... hair and makeup and other things. Don't hesitate to ask!
