Absolutely! We are always going to workshops and keeping our certifications current.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
The best way to put it is to hear from our client: I have lost 140 lbs in 11 months with club results. I have tried every diet on the market. Steve and Cynthia keep me motivated and help me reach my goals! I lost 110 lbs in 6 months! Get on a 90 day challenge and get your life back!! I have been hospitalized 3 times in the past years and had major surgery and still have reached all my goals!! Thanks Steve and Cynthia, you two are some of the most amazing people I know!! Stacy is one of our most inspirational clients, she never gives up. She is truly an amazing person. We are truly grateful to be part of this journey with her. She is a great example to others that perseverance will get you there. What most people do not know is that Stacy physically cannot do Hard cardio. Together we are making sure she doesn't go too hard. But that doesn't stop Stacy...she just keeps going! You are incredible!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Just make sure you are ready to make a change. What we have found is that the people who are the most out of shape have the most excuses. When you are ready we are here by your side every step of the way. We enjoy the journey our clients take.
