Introduction: I am an integrative ayurvedic practitioner, advanced yoga teacher and graphic designer in Chicago, Illinois. I teach yoga, aerial, dance, barre and fitness classes all over the Chicago land area. My purpose in life is to inspire integrative health and well-being through the transforming power of beauty, grace, and ease. I received my 500-hour advanced yoga teacher training certification in March 2014 under the guidance and instruction of Jim Kulackoski at Darshan Center. I graduated from Depaul University with a degree in advertising, art and design and chose to pursue these two passions: yoga and design, in my own unique way. In addition to teaching, I design everything from magazine ads to window fronts. My graphic design work includes brands such as Lululemon, Airâ®, Verizon Wireles, Wella, Playstation, National Health Service (London), Colgate and Depaul's Alumni Network. I am a Legacy Yoga Ambassador for Lululemon Athletica Halsted and do freelance graphic design work for the company as well. I believe in taking responsibility for my career development by creating and pursuing opportunities that value self-empowerment and make a lasting difference in our communities. Teaching yoga has given me a path to dive deeply into vedic, tantric, yogic and jin gui systems. These studies have helped me identify unlimited possibility within myself and others. My yoga teaching style is highly influenced by precise and careful alignment of the human body through strong internal integration of the bandhas. I have naturally stepped into my path as an advanced yoga teacher and continue to grow on this journey of elevating people to live a fully integrated life.
