We prepare our foods in our own dedicated gluten free facility, Many caterers claim they can provide you gluten free foods, but their foods are not produced in a dedicated GF facility and have the constant chance of cross contamination from previously cooked gluten foods prepared in their facility. We eliminate that chance and you as a celiac person can be confident that you will only have to worry about the guests, rather than the food
