Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. My advice for hiring a personal chef is to try out 2 or 3 different chefs to make sure that not only do your taste profiles match, but that they also leave your space neat and clean.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. I wish customers knew that having the appropriate type of storage for their food is very important! Containers that are not meant for storage do not work well for storage, so invest the extra $50 and get good storage containers.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Ask them how they price their services, and if their prices are negotiable. Hiring a personal chef is a very personalized experience, and often flexable.
