Colorado Commercial & Residential Painting is also highly respected as a high-quality residential staining and painting company. Comprehensive insurance is carried by the company, including worker's compensation, $2 million general liability, auto insurance, and a $1 million umbrella policy. They usually employ more or less 30 professionals with solid experience, so that during the first time, the job will be rightly done. In addition to wood staining and painting services, CCP installs and removes various wall covering products including vinyls, fabrics, vinyl writing surfaces such as wall talker, and composites. Our painting services include small industrial, commercial and residential painting, as well as protective maintenance coatings and electrostatic and specialty finishes such as the application of Zolatone-type products, Polomyx and Scuffmaster. Description of Work: Residential Home Painting. Includes washing all exterior surfaces, scrape loose/peeling paint, pound in any loose nails, sand/brush surface to create an adhesive surface, apply caulking as needed, apply primer as needed. Colorado Commercial and Residential Painting did a wonderful job on my home. They were in constant contact with me the minute I called them for an estimate (they were the lowest bidder) and showed the most respect and care for my home out of all the other bidders. Wayne Wright is very personable and is picky and particular about the job to be done, just the kind of person you want overseeing a paint job that will last for years! Wayne took the time to explain the paint process and did a personal color consultation. You can tell he really enjoys his job! The painters who did the work were also very communicative and friendly throughout the entire process from the powerwash to the final touch-ups. They did a thorough job of cleaning up all the materials and equipment after each days' work was done. Upon the final inspection, Wayne worked as if it is was his own home. He even took out his own paintbrush to touch up a fingerprint on the door that I failed to see! Again, a wonderful person to work with. I highly recommend COLCM Painting for any job - they care about their work, are very detailed, are easy to get in touch with, and have good prices. I cannot express how happy I a with the job they did on my home. It looks brand new now! Thank you Wayne and COLCM!
