Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. The most common jobs we get are definately residential. Although commercial jobs are always welcome and we have the capabilities to preform any commercial job as well as custom gutters.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. NEVER give any contractor money down for your job. Also it is always good to get your estimate in writing. Checking references is recommended as well as getting more than one estimate.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. That it is definately not as easy as it looks. There is no real secret to what we do.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. They just need to call in and set up that free estimate. All I need is access to the back yard as well as the front yard.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We take pride in our quality craftsmanship. We have carried the BBB gold star award consecutively for 7 years. We have experienced installers that really care about the work that they do.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I like making houses beautiful as well as functional. I love meeting all of our customers and making them happy. I like being outside for my work as well.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Why are Seamless Gutters important? Seamless gutters are important becase they do not have seams for optimal leak protection. Also it is very important to keep the water from rain and snow off of your house foundation.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. A Lady called for a free estimate because her downspout was not draining. We got up on the ladder and a tennis ball was stuck in the top. Needless to say she did not need new gutters.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. Tha we are family owned and operated. The owner is installing on most of the jobs.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. It was a family descision to get into this line of work. It was the right time and place when the opportunity arose to get this business started.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. We are always proud of any job we do. No one job is more important than the next.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Yes we are are EPA lead certified renovators. With this we must update our certification yearly.

Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.

A. Our most recent project was a 1000.000 dollar job. It took about 6 hours and looks absolutely beautiful.

Q. If you have a complicated pricing system for your service, please give all the details here.

A. Our pricing system depens on the size and material of the gutter material. It also varies when we are providing other services such as sidig, soffitt, fascia as well as gutter cleanings.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. The person installing gutter and siding must not be fearful of heights. Also this person must be detailed oriented. With this also the profession is definately seasonal.
