Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Residential is about 80% of my work the other 20% is commercial such as new offices,restaurants
for residential its home owners that need new flooring or renters that are looking for quick next day installation to have theyre new tenants ready to move in

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Ask for years of experience,which materials does he recommend,does he do the work himself or pay others to do the work for him,is there a warranty? And if so,how long
get a couple of estimates

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Home depot and lowes 39 or 99 for whole house installation is a scam to get you to overpay for flooring
i used to work for companies that sub-out the work and at the end of the day your 39 dollar installation turns out to be much more when you pay 25/yard of carpet that was worth 20/yard, add to that removal of old flooring,metals,stairsfurniture, if it loks to good to be true it most of the time always is

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. I always recommend to have me do a 100% estimate,ive had atleast 2 previous jobs where the customer measured and when the time comes to do the installation,there is not enough just last night, a customer called me saying that he had a 15x15 master bedroom,it turned out to be a 15x19. A free estimate is the best way to go to avoid situations like shortages and extra unforeseen charges such as removal of old flooring,patching,furniture,stairs etc

A. Lower prices than the competition,with the same name brand materials and ofcource professional installation

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. A few years back we did a couple of homes for habitat for humanity,it was a very nice expereance to see every trade helping out with theyre skill and time for a very good cause,at the end we received hotdogs and burgers=o)

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. Ive been installing for over 14 years now and can offer the same name brand name flooring at a lower cost than home depot lowes and carpet exchange

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. Back in 95 there was alot of construction,n one of my uncles brought me under his wing and teached me how to do fast pro installation,as the years passed and i learned i started enjoying answering questions that home owners asked me such as quality of materials and the process of installation,from there i started my own company,and its been better for me,specially scince i get to spend more time with my family
