- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a catering company that specializes in custom menus. We take into consideration your budget and menu preferences (likes/dislikes, dietary restrictions, allergies, etc...), and create a menu specific to you and your event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a quick phone call, we can gather all the information we would need to build a menu such as budget, guest count and guest preferences. Once we have the first call we will send over a menu draft with some selections for you to review. Once the selections are made we send over a finalized menu along with an invoice and contract.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 50 years combined work experience with our craft, with almost 30 of those years in upper management. We've had the privilege of working under very talented chefs, sommelier, mixologist, and managers, who've helped us excel in our careers.
