I can not rave enough about John! We contacted this young man early this am to solicit service at the last minute, and he fit us in at the end of his day. I have two large dogs and after the mud from the rain our carpets were a mess. I also had two chairs I was hopeful a good cleaning could salvage. I was optimistic we could improve on the smell of the carpets but didn’t think much could be done about the appearance, but boy was I wrong! Our carpets look brand new! Additionally there was no damp, chemical smell. And my chairs! This young man just saved me from having to buy new furniture. Outside of the job he did, John was punctual, professional and priced lower inclusive of the chairs, than I have paid for just my carpets historically. Outstanding work, we will definitely use John again.
