The timing couldn't have been more perfect for me to find Robin. She is a very good therapist. She provided what I needed when I went to see her, which was encouragement, tools to help me deal wtih my loss and validation in what I was feeling. The resources she provided for me helped calm my anxiety and allow me to process my loss and pain.
