Eric's wide assortment of menu items are all phenomenal! It is this diversity that really elevates Eric above the crowd. I have been to many events that have been catered by Eric including Burn's Suppers hosted by the Knights of Saint Andrew and the Scottish Rite and my girlfriend who at first was resistant to trying Haggis went back for a huge helping of seconds. His unique combination of fare will surely please your palette from appetizers, through main courses, followed by desserts. I have purchased all of Eric's cookbooks and often have used his outstanding recipes to impress and share with my guests. Last year, I purchased a large quantity of his delectable Haggis for the Colorado Clan Blair Society Burn's Supper Celebration and received outstanding comments. I would highly recommend Eric as a caterer and more importantly a chef for any upcoming event.

Chef Mcbride has hosted several Robert Burns Dinner for my group in the past, which all have been wonderful affairs. Eric's many years of experience and study in Celtic history has given him a very broad knowledge of the culture and cuisine of the Celtic world. As an author of several cookbooks, he ha a very wide repertoire of entrees from which to choose to cater your event. Highly recommended.

Chef Eric catered for our family member that is actually from Britain and he LOVED it! The food was amazing and he was able to customize classic dishes with some local flare. He is a fantastic chef and a wonderful person. A joy to work with.
