Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Residential jobs.... We clean all over metro denver area.... Andd also sometime we do have a move outs,or vacants units as well. ,but right now we do residential cleanings
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. As a customer,they need to make sure that the person who clean have a nice actitude,positive way to respond all the questions that they may have,clean presentation,always alert for the customer needs,such as well ask them a questions about they needs,how they like things get done arround they home.. Make them feel and see that its not only they bussines that you care for,its also a personal touch... Like a family matter...
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. What its most important is how many years you been cleaning,if you doing this as a regular bussiness,how often you clean per week...
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. for cleaning services: how many years in this industry,what products you use,if you have a promo for your customers,any special discounts for veterans,or Senior discounts,?,how often is you services?Bi-weekly?Once a month? residential only or Commercial as well?Do you have a type of cleaning program such a Move in, or Mouve out and what is the diference between regular cleaning and Move outs???Those questions are very important,because a lot o companies they do a basic regular cleaning when you suppose to do a deep cleaning loke when the customer move in or out of the property....
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. Very important: who you talking to in the phone,always provide your full name,set up a meeting appointment with them prior you clean there house,that way they can meet you in person,talk to the provider for a least 25 minutes,that way customers can look at you and see what is important for you to clean,another thing is is this is a family own bussines,tryng to be more personal,with the provider,its very important to know waht kind of person you gona hired
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. i will said that for us, we dont look a customer like another person to clean they house for,we do personal touch in they house,we treat customers with respect,we clean there house like our own house,if they have pets no problem at all, we treat them with love and respect as well..and also we care for them,doesn"t matter what do they need in there house,as we said we gona make sure that our company will meet our customers expectations and beyond!!!!....as a lot of our customersaid to us: WE ARE FAMILY!!!!
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. well I alwas like to see the BEFORE AND AFTER.....I clean my customer houses with a lot of Pride,its not about the money that you recive,its about the personal touch that you do in there....the communication that you have with them, I just love to clean!!!!.....and also what its pays to its seen with customers big smiles and said to me YOU ARE GREAT!!!....thats my rewards every single day....
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. first: how long I have my cleaning company,what kind of products I use,where do I live,how many people work with me,if I have a family,how many customer I have? if I have referrals?how much do I charge?Do I use my own products?yes,I have my company for over 7 yrs,I used GREEN products,Ilive in Aurora,Colorado,but I travel everywhere,such as: Denver metro area,centennial,Highlands Ranch,Lafayette,Boulder,Thornton,City of Parker,Castle Pines,Castle Rock....I like to charge by job,no per hour.,Yes I have 3 kids,I am a single mom,Yes also I have referrals...I have a 5 people working with me....
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. I love to clean.... I love to see the before and after!! Its like a show from the tv.... Helping people to improve different life style
Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.
A. Well...I just have a new customer who is from India(beautiful country)....she is specting her first born,and she was very bussy preparing the babies room,her friend told her about me,and i went to meet her last week,and we set up a cleaning day....when i got there she said: Marcy look my bathtub, another company came before you to see if they can clean out this huge black spot,my husband dyed his hair...and its been very hard on me to see it every single day!!!please help me....I said no problem at all!!! After I used my green products in her bath..the black spot came off!!!! she really love my job....and If you read this,I really garantee you that you will love my job too!!
Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?
A. I will say: love what you do!!!....get into it,be honest,and be fair with people,have passion for it!!!, most important:Have patience!! when you have this important tool in your life you can accomplish everything,especialy in the Bathrooms,you really need to take your time to make sure that its clean....that's why I always take my time no matter what
Q. What is your greatest strength?
A. I will say the BATHROOMS!!! A lot of people just clean arround superficialy,just because they need to clean it!!but me,I do scrub,get my self wet,go into the bath or shower and its ONNNN!!! I do detailing on the tile,arround the bath,arround the toilet,checking that that shower iis clean....also I clean the bathroom floors by hand on my knees,in that way you really look,and make sure the floor is clean!!!!
Q. What are you currently working on improving?
A. Educating my customers to go into the Green Products,to recycle more,how can they save time and money to use Green products,and also to improve in they household to have a better lifestyle using the right products for cleaning,laundry.etc....
