- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will always keep things simple as we understand meeting planners have so much more to worry about than simply booking the speaker. What you can expect: -We have an initial contact where we provide a brief questionnaire that enables us to customize each program for our clients. -If necessary we make ourselves available for conference calls to discuss your event and your specific needs. -Before your event date arrives we will reach out with a quick note to make sure your needs have not changed. -After the event, we will follow up to make sure our customers were satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a member of Toastmasters International for the past 8 years. Qualifying for the World Championship of Public Speaking once in 2010. (Toastmasters International is a world leader in communication and leadership development. This organization has more than 352,000 memberships. Members improve their speaking and leadership skills by attending one of the 16,400 clubs in 141 countries that make up our global network of meeting locations.)
