- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My 1 on 1 training price is $45.00/session, 2 at a time $25.00 each/session, small group $15.00/session. Nutritional Coaching (as a client) $100.00/mo. Stand alone $250.00/mo. Corporate Seminars: $100.00/lecture.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. My latest certification is on "Get Your Back On Track" program. This is a very specific therapeutic program that helps people with back issues restore the function of their back so they can resume normal activities.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Overall wellness has been my interest and passion since high school. When my brother in law introduced me to wellness, fitness and bodybuilding I knew it would be with me forever. Please let me help and educate you on my passion.
