Reiki is a unique and highly effective technique for balancing and energizing oneself and others physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. The method is both simple and direct in its amplification of Ki, or Universal Life Force Energy. Reiki treatments can help with any condition, since deep relaxation aligns body, mind and spirit, which promotes deep healing. It can be utilized as a self-help technique for preventative health maintenance, stress management, relief of tension and pain, and to promote specific healing. The essence of Reiki is the Life Force itself, and when utilized consistently, can develop wholeness, well-being, and personal growth.

Reiki I and Reiki II levels.
Classes are taught to small groups, in a private and nurturing space at my studio office.

I took Reiki lessons from Olga a couple of months ago. She is a very intuitive and beautiful soul which has a lot to offer. She told me where to look but never told me what to see, like all teachers should. My life has changed and shifted into the right direction after my lessons and I would highly recommend going to see her for Reiki lessons or a session.

My one hour reiki session was very relaxing and assisted me to let go of much pent up stress/tension I had not been able to do on my own. My head congestion was minimized further and the discomfort area shrunk in area and intensity.Olga provided for warmth on a cold snowy day and her hands were warm as well.
The only thing that could be better is further treatments for ongoing stress levels to avoid ill effects of stress. She did not pressure me for future appointments; this made me to want to go back again for future therapy.
