Bighorn Roofing did a wonderful job on our new roof. I like the way they capped off the peak of the roof and the gentlemen that put on the roof was very professional. They had a rolloff in the drive way where they put all the old roof and trash and pickup everything before they left. They took care of the damage that happend due to the hail and wind. When they left you could not till they were here except for a new roof.

This was the first roof we ever had replaced so they explained the process of removing the roof, putting on a edge so the water would not run under the tiles, and how they capped it differently to give the roof a finished look.

We have recommended them to several friends and family members and they have been happy with their work also.

Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Ensure your contractor is a local resident, not a storm chaser and that they have the proper licenses and insurance.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Understand what a contractor is putting on your roof. Are they using adequate materials or something they have had lying around the yard. Are their employees and sub contractor legal workers with insurance?

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We spend time listening to our customers, understanding their needs and delivering on their expectations. We are not storm chasers and not in the business to just collect an insurance check.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Helping customers through providing them with information and several choices.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Are we licensed and insured. The answer is yes. We have general liability and workers compensation and are licensed in each jurisdiction where we work.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. Bighorn Roofing and Exteriors, LLC has recently completed three beautiful DECRA shake roof installations.
