We inspect the property for damages, if damages are found we take pictures & measurements then consult with the homeowner regarding our findings, we will then assist the homeowner is putting in a claim with their insurance comapany, within 72 hrs an adjuster will be assigned to the claim and a date & time will be set for the inspection. We will then meet the adjuster at the property to discuss damages. If the roof is approved for replacement we will handle the claim in its entirety to make it easier for the homeowner. Our goal is to provide quality, efficiency and satisfaction to all our clients.
