A. Do not allow your website to be hijacked by your design agency! Make sure that you are the owner of your own domain name and that all user names and passwords are supplied to you should you choose to make changes yourself, or simply use another designer if you choose. Many agencies retain the artwork that you paid for as well as all of your website info.
